Omega-3 Supplement is a dietary supplement with highly concentrated fish oil. Fish oil contains the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. DHA also contributes to maintaining normal brain function. The beneficial effects are achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA and 250 mg DHA respectively.
